Well, if there is one delicacy that I can safely say that I will never have the courage or patience to make, it is the croissant. After reading Mireille Guiliano’s French Women Don’t Get Fat, where she shares her 2 day prep recipe for the iconic patisserie, I knew: no bloody way!

Cakes, cookies, brownies I can do, basically anything that I can stir but the thought of rolling out or kneading (yes, I need!!) dough, millefeuille (phyllo) pastry sheets, ugh. Or using a food processor. Fear, panic. ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

I have been a busy baker lately so maybe it’s time to conquer pie ๐Ÿฅง and croissant ๐Ÿฅ
